Welcome everyone! My name is Lou De Medici and I am the managing partner of Medici Development and the builder of the Villas at River’s Edge home community. I will also be the host of the newest feature on our website… the Blog. I’m so excited to unveil our new Blog so that we can share our knowledge on many topics we might not typically discuss in person or by email. I am also very excited to hear from you on those topics as well. We encourage your participation and feedback. We really want to hear from you and are open to anybody who wants to join into the discussion. This participation will only make our Blog that much better.
One of he great benefits of our new Blog is that it will also allow us to build a closer relationship with you so that we can provide you timely useful information on topics you are looking for and care about. Although everyone in our company is always accessible by phone, email or in person, our Blog will allow you to communicate with us and others, tap into our knowledge and share your thoughts when it’s convenient for you. Plus, since there will be a wide range of topics on the Blog, you might find the information you are seeking may have already been discussed.
Although our topics will change over time based on ever changing information, evolving discussions and your feedback, we have listed a few topics below that we intend to discuss in the future.
