Medici now offers a 400 sq. ft. finished room above your garage, accessible by a staircase in your home. This feature is available for our Abbey and Canterbury homes.

This 400 sq. ft. room is fully finished, heated and air conditioned and can be used for a spacious office suite, a comfortable guest suite or as additional storage for all of your necessities.
