Both you and your clients are always welcome.   And if you can’t make it to our community with your client, just call ahead to register them with us before their visit.   That way you are sure to be protected.

Over the years we’ve developed a co-op Realtors® policy so that you will have a positive experience in working with Medici Development.  Some highlights of the policy include a Quick-Pay program where we will pay 50% of your commission right away, 3% commission plus a potential bonus, plus we'll hold your clients hand every step of the way through the building process.  To learn more, please contact the specific community in which you have an interest.  We’d love to have you by for a tour.  Thank you.
